  1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@themunis.co.in with your order number.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product as per our return policy (see below).

  1. Return Eligibility We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is not a custom-made or personalized item, as these are non-returnable unless defective.
